PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MOS transistor rectifier for vehicle generator which has simple circuitry and produces less rectification loss. SOLUTION: In control of a MOS transistor rectification circuit 2, connection/disconnection of MOS transistors 21 to 26 is controlled based on voltage drop in the MOS transistors 21 to 26 or signal voltage related to it.
