<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver cash to an old person or the like without using much cost such as a labor cost since the there are more old people and going to a financial institution to draw out cash is very laborious and dangerous. <P>SOLUTION: The positions of all cash delivery vehicles are constantly and automatically inputted in a host computer of a command center by using GPSs and radio communication apparatuses.
