PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control any damage such as cracks, separations, etc. on a corrosion-resistant lining layer of a spigot pipe portion by effectively modifying the tip end edge of each biting projection. SOLUTION: A separation preventing member 6 having a biting projection 6B capable of biting into an outer periphery 2a of the spigot pipe portion 2 is installed on a press ring 4 at a plurality of places in the peripheral direction fixedly connected with a socket pipe portion in a state externally installing on the spigot pipe portion 2 bitingly connected with the socket pipe portion. A insertion guide means A bitingly moving the separation preventing member 6 inwardly in the radial direction in proportion to a relatively separating movement of both pipe portions 2 is provided between each separation preventing member 6 and the press ring 4. A biting pointed edge 6b of the biting projection 6B is formed in an arc shape which is equal to or roughly equal to the radius of the outer periphery 2a of the spigot pipe portion 2 in a view from a central axis of the pipe.
