PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing apparatus bringing a rapid report on a final result of analysis without using an extra sample and/or a reagent. SOLUTION: Under the condition that five kinds of tests are supposed to be conducted for the third sample from the head of a sample rack 21, when an error indicating a shortage of the sample occurs at the third test, an analysis status flag of "under inspection/abnormal" is set for the test, and an analysis status flag of "under inspection/normal" is set for the tests therebefore. An analysis flag of "uninspected" is set for the remaining tests for the same sample. When a necessary and sufficient amount is supplied to the third sample and analysis is conducted after resetting the sample rack 21 on a rack set lane 22, analysis is conducted only for the samples for which analysis status flags of "under inspection/abnormal" or "uninspected" are set.
