<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microporous membrane suitable for a medical separation filter which has excellent strength and permeability and has high heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The microporous membrane comprises polyethylene resin of viscosity average molecular weight >1,000,000, contains at least one kind of crystal component of which the peak temperature of fusion is ≥145°C and has the porosity of 20-95% and the average pore size of 0.01-10μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
