PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing device that can protect the copyright of a photographed image by surely recording biological information of a photographer on the photographed image without affecting processing and an operational feeling at the time of photographing an object image. SOLUTION: The biological information (iris information) registered in advance by the photographer is recorded as personal data on an ID card 518 that is insertable and extractable into/from this image photographing device and is inserted when the biological information is registered. When photographing is performed while the ID card 518 recorded with the personal data is inserted, the personal data is collated with iris information detected by the iris detection sensor 113.
