PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient warming tool attachable to the body only through wrapping around part of the body such as the neck when going to bed, requiring no seizing means for slippage prevention, easy to put on/take off and free from being bulky when wearing. SOLUTION: This warming tool 10 comprises a sheet-like fiber aggregation composed of potential crimped polyester and having crimp-developed fuzz.
