PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box which is composed of an outer box and an inner bag, which enables contents to be easily taken out, without lessening a function as the inner bag, and which reduces the quantity of a residual liquid as the contents after pour-out. SOLUTION: This bag-in-box is composed of the inner bag which is filled with the contents, and the outer box for housing the inner bag; the a lid part of the outer box is equipped with the function of setting a pour-out member which is attached to the inner bag; and a corner part, which is located at a corner between the lower side and lateral side of the inner bag and formed of an oblique seal part, is fixed to the bottom part of the outer box. In a method for fixing the corner part to the bottom part, the corner part is sandwiched between a pair of opposed bottom inner plates for forming the bottom part, and sealing is performed by making a pair of opposed bottom outer plates overlap each other.
