PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating motor function for evaluating the motor function of an upper limb of a subject objectively and quantitatively. SOLUTION: A mark M is displayed to move on a circular moving track K on a display screen 11 of an input panel 10. After having the mark M traced by the subject with an upper limb using a stylus pen, the motor function of the upper limb of the subject is evaluated by using a computer for evaluation based on the tracing condition of the mark M (a tracing track T). Since the motor function of tracing the mark M by the subject is evaluated by the computer for evaluation based on a certain evaluation logic, criteria for evaluation on the evaluation of the motor function of upper limbs is established, and at the same time, the precision of the operation process necessary for calculating the evaluation parameter values such as the quantities of displacement and delay of the tracing track T from the moving track K of the mark M, for example, is secured.
