PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairclip for surely preventing hair from being entangled. SOLUTION: In the hairclip A, a pair of bearing projection pieces 3, 3, 4, 4 are provided on inner faces of one end of opening/closing operation parts 1b, 2b side of a pair of pinching pieces 1, 2, the both pinching pieces 1, 2 are combined via the projection pieces 3, 4, and a coil spring 6 is wound around a pivot 5 passing through the projection pieces 3, 4, and other ends 1a, 2a of the pair of pinching pieces 1, 2 are energized in the direction of closing. A hair entanglement prevention section 7 is provided between a pair of the projection pieces 3, 3 positioned outside for covering side rims of the bearing projection pieces 4, 4 positioned inside along the side rims positioned more closer to sides of other side ends 1a, 2a than the pivot 5, while the prevention section 7 is expanded to a lower part of the pivot 5, and a notch 4b is provided at a lower part of the inner side projection piece 4 with the both pinching pieces 1, 2 in a closed state.
