PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deformation of a container which has been inevitable when a content filled aseptically is heated. SOLUTION: When the content sterilized in advance is filled in a washed and sterilized container made of a synthetic resin, the content to be filled is held at a temperature of at least higher temperature than ordinary temperature.
