<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the taste of a processed food of soybean and Adzuki (red) bean, namely, a bean jam used for a Manjyu bun (Japanese bun filled with the bean jam) or processed bread. <P>SOLUTION: A small amount of Tempeh which is a soybean fermented food is mixed into the processed food of the soybean and the Adzuki bean, when the processed food, namely, the bean jam used for the Manjyu bun or the processed bread, is processed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
