PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding type filing binder for facilitating the binding, detachment and replacement of contents in the same way as a conventional filing binder preventing a fastener such as a rivet or the like from being exposed to the outside and imparting a high grade feeling. SOLUTION: The bookbinding type filing binder has a cover 11 equipped with a front cover part 15, a back cover part 16 and the narrow spine part 17 for connecting them, first and second end sheets of paper 12 and 13 of which the single sides are respectively bonded to the rear surfaces of the front and back cover parts 15 and 16 and a binder 14 of which the left and light revolving pieces 21 and 22 are fixed to the fold-back parts 19 and 20 of the central parts of the first and second end sheets of paper 12 and 13.
