PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tangle between wires by eliminating the slack of the wire for welding between a wire drawing-out hole at the upper part of a vessel and a multilayer wire body when the wire is drawn out from the multilayer wire body. SOLUTION: The cylindrically multilayer wire for welding in loop-state between the vessel 1 and an inner cylinder 2 and a wire-holding tool 3 disposed on the upper surface of the multilayer wire body W', are provided. The wire-holding tool 3 is constituted of an annular frame body 4, a plurality of wire-holding pieces 5 and a plurality of wire slack eliminating pieces 6. The wire-holding piece 5 is elastically deformable, and also, projectionally arranged in internal gear-state from the annular frame body 4 and formed in almost triangle shape in the plane view, and the tip end part is positioned on the upper surface of the multilayer wire body W' while approaching the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder. The wire slack-eliminating piece 6 is elastically deformable, and also, longer than the wire-holding piece 5 and piled on the upper surface of the wire-holding piece 5 and the tip end part is upwardly brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 2.
