PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetization water activator for tap water etc., which can be easily mounted and constructed even in a mall place etc., where construction is difficult, and which can be easily mounted along a water pipe even if the diameter of a pipe, such as a water service pipe, varies and to provide a construction method for the same. SOLUTION: The magnetization water activator 1 is formed by internally packaging a flexible wire 4, such as a wire, into a wrapping material 2 in the form of a sheet or rod having flexibility in such a manner that the wire can be wrapped around the water pipe 5 and by disposing many magnets 3 of required magnetic force side by side in a nearly continuous form on the wrapping surface side of the water pipe 5 of the flexible wrapping material 2. The wrapping material 2 can be properly cut and can be mounted by winding around at need. The length of each one magnet 3 is preferably made shorter than one-sixth the outer periphery of the water pipe to be wrapped around and longer than one-tenth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
