<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GeSbTe optical information recording medium which can endure against a high output regenerated light. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 10 is constituted of at least a reflective layer 2, a first protective layer 3, phase change type optical recording layer 4 and a second protective layer 5 sequentially laminated in this order on a substrate 1 so that the phase change type optical recording layer 4 is phase changed by irradiating the second protective layer 5 side with a light to thereby record and erase information. The phase change type optical recording layer is formed of VwGexSbyTez, wherein 0.5≤w≤23, 4≤x≤14.5, 2.1≤y/z≤4, w+x+y+x=100 (atomic ratio) are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
