FIXED QUANTITY SUPPLY DEVICE FOR POWDER AND GRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly precise measurement while simplifying a structure of a fixed quantity supply device for a powder and grain capable of discharging and supplying the powder and grain while measuring weight of the powder and grain. SOLUTION: This fixed quantity supply device is provided with a storage hopper 5 for the powder and grain having a long hole 5e in a bottom part 5c, a stirring device 10 rotating using hopper center as shaft axis while a lower end fringe of a rotary blade 10c approaches the bottom part 5c of the hopper to stir the powder and grain, a measuring rotary body 14 in which a measure 14d measuring the powder and grain flowing in through the long hole 5e is formed and which rotates using hopper center as shaft axis, and a bottom plate 22 in which a discharge port 22a for discharging and supplying the powder and grain flowing into the measure 14d is formed at a position where there is no long hole 5e in the bottom part 5c of the hopper. The measuring rotary body 14 promotes flowing-in of the powder and grain into the measure 14d by the stirring action of the stirring device 10 rotating at a high speed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
