PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball release mechanism which can realize diversified game forms. SOLUTION: A plurality of guide rails 27 (27a to 27e) are arranged on a game board 5, two guide paths 26a and 26b having release ports 83 and 84 with the height positions thereof different from the playing area 7 at the upper ends thereof are formed in sections while a mobile guide rail 81 tiltable with a game ball guiding action and a switching drive motor 82 adapted to drive the mobile guide rail 81 in conversion are arranged outside a switching path 80 communicating with the lower ends of the respective guide paths 26a and 26b. Then, game balls are selectively guided from a launching passage 85 to any of the guide passages 26a and 26b by the drive control of the mobile guide rail 81. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
