PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit one's own situation to an opposite party according to the circumstances. SOLUTION: Upon receiving a call, a portable terminal displays a title "1. call you later" representing a voice message of "call you later", a title "2. under moving" representing a voice message of "I am moving now and cannot answer the phone" or a title "3. now in conference" representing a voice message of "I am in conference now and cannot answer the phone" at a display section 41.
