<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate the model of the program of a work flow application cooperated with a work flow. <P>SOLUTION: An input value analytic means 21 receives the designation of the work flow and the application to be generated from an input device 10, a framework selection means 22 acquires the framework from a framework definition storage part 31, and a work flow analytic means 23 acquires information corresponding thereto from a work flow definition part 32.
