PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detail information as to the propriety of turning of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A traveling locus in the turning of the vehicle is acquired by a traveling locus acquiring means 54, a prescribed shape of reference area where the turn of the vehicle is allowed in its size is acquired by a reference area acquiring means 56, and the traveling locus and the reference area are output. The shape of the acquired reference area is corrected desirably based on a correction indication from a user or the like, by a shape correcting means 58, so as to output a corrected area. Resultingly, the propriety is investigated favorably in a road of a determining object, based on the corrected area and the traveling locus. The reference area and the traveling locus are output, and the user or the like is allowed to correct selectively a portion desired to investigate the propriety of the turn in the reference area, based on the outputs of the reference area and the traveling locus, and based on a shape of the objective road.
