<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in consideration of the present social environment, in people's daily spiritual life, stress increases by various stimuli, it is necessary to heal the stress, with regard to air conditioning for a residential environment, the environment is dried abnormally due to heating and cooling, and it is impossible to neglect the harmful effects of cigarette smoke, car exhaust gas, gaseous chemical substances by new building materials, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A means for ejecting or bringing down water into space by a pump is used, and the physical properties of water are used effectively to decorate the residential environment to obtain the effect of spiritual healing. By using stored water rich in dissolved oxygen, the function of enjoying flower arrangement for a long time is added. By a fountain heated by a submerged pump, environmental air is humidified naturally.
