PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output transistor from malfunctioning by external noise transmitted from an output terminal. SOLUTION: A transistor 41 of which the control terminal is earthed through a resistor 42 is provided between a control terminal of a control transistor 50, which is provided between a control terminal of an output transistor 10 and the ground. External noise causes a change in the base potential of the transistor 41 via a parasitic capacity developed between the base/collector of the transistor 41 to allow to turn on the transistor 41. The transistor 41 works so that it can control the potential of the control terminal of the control transistor 50 to be raised by transmitting the external noise to allow to prevent the output transistor 10 from malfunctioning.
