PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely ground an antenna mounting nut even when a vehicle panel is deformed or the repulsive force of a base pad or O-ring becomes weak. SOLUTION: A plurality of projecting pieces 21a is formed on the upper end of the cylindrical section 21c of a washer section 21. The pieces 21a are bent so that the pieces 21a may be directed to alternate directions. On the plate section 21d of the washer 21, a plurality of projections 21b is formed. In addition, tooth-shaped projections 20a which are engaged with the projections 21b are formed on the upper surface of a nut 20. When the washer section 21 is put upon and tightly attached to the nut section 20, the projecting pieces 21a are cut into the vehicle panel by shaving off the rear surface of the panel. When the pieces 21a are cut into the panel, the projections 21b are engaged with the tooth-shaped projections 20a and prevent the nut section 20 from becoming loose. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
