<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reducethe size and a cost, without affecting the set size or the design, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A lid body 27 is turned together with a turning member 26 in a direction of closing an opening part 21, and then it is made to slide toward the center of turn of the turning member 26. So an operation member 33 slides toward the other side of sliding direction against the energy of a tension coil spring 34, while a guide protrusion 40 of the operation member 33 slides on a slope 39a of a guide hole 39. By making the surface slide against the guide hole 39 of the guide protrusion 40 switches to a horizontal surface 39a from the slope 39b, the operating member 33 is energized by the tension coil spring 34, to slide toward one side of the sliding direction, while the guide protrusion 40 slides against the horizontal surface 39a of the guide hole 39.
