<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reusable multipurpose air conditioner for using cooling/heating operation and hot water by arranging an outdoor heat exchanger of two systems of an air-cooled type and a water-cooled type in one outdoor machine. <P>SOLUTION: The outdoor heat exchanger is composed of an air-cooled type first outdoor heat exchanger 3a and a water-cooled second outdoor heat exchanger 3b. Respective opening-closing valves are respectively controlled for opening-closing according to an operation state, and opening of respective orifice mechanisms and respective expansion valves is controlled so that a first indoor heat exchanger 5a and a second indoor heat exchanger 5b can perform simultaneously or only either one of cooling operation or heating operation, and can also perform simultaneously or only either one of supply of hot water or cold water to a using side water storage tank 12 and the cooling operation or the heating operation of a water circulating indoor heat exchanger 13.
