<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device package with a fluoropolymer lens. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a lens and a semiconductor light emitting chip device. The lens is made of fluoropolymer materials. In some embodiments, the semiconductor chips emit lights of various peak frequencies from green to blue.
