<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift chart drawing system and a shift chart drawing method allowing easy drawing of a shift chart when many workers belong to a workplace in a plurality of types of working patterns of daytime, nighttime and continuous shifts and easy check if annual regular working hours are kept as determined by a management and labor agreement. <P>SOLUTION: The patterns of shift cycles is registered, a period for developing the shift cycles is specified, date as a basic point for developing the shift cycles is specified for each of workers, and the shift cycles are developed. When the shift chart is drawn, working hours for each of the workers are calculated and displayed. Correcting information for the working hours is input on a screen on which the shift chart is displayed and the working hours are re-calculated and displayed on the basis of the correcting information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
