PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation vibration-proof table being entirely not bulky, simplified in structure with a small number of components, and by which sufficient base-isolation vibration-proof effect can be obtained. SOLUTION: This table device is provided with a horizontally mounted supporting base 1, a loading table 2 supported on the supporting base movably in the full horizontal direction through a horizontal slide mechanism 3, and a spring mechanism 4 for energizing the loading table 2 to a predetermined position on the supporting base 1. The horizontal slide mechanism 3 is located between the supporting base 1 and the loading table 2, and configurated by a horizontal smooth plate 31 mounted at one side, and a slider 32 mounted at the other side and slidably kept into contact with the smooth plate 31, and the spring mechanism 4 is composed of a linear spring material 41 having an approximately semicircular curved part on its central part.
