PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cook's hat readily producible by simple flat surface processing, having a lengthwise long covering part and made of paper or a nonwoven fabric without losing the shape of a lengthwise long body part even when a thin and lightweight sheet material is used. SOLUTION: The cook's hat is obtained by forming a lengthwise long flat hollow body part 20A from a body part sheet member 21 and a flat ceiling part 20B from a ceiling part sheet member 22. The body part sheet member 21 has lengthwise long pleats 23 formed at a constant interval parallel on the sheet surface side. The pleats 23 have a double bonded structure formed by heat bonding folded up opposite pleat sides through heat sealing layers and formed into a shape turned down in a prescribed direction. The body part sheet member 21 and the ceiling part sheet member 22 folded with the surface side forming the pleats 23 on the right side are heat sealed (H2) through the heat sealing layers. Thereby, the covering body 20 composed of the lengthwise long flat hollow body part 20A and the flat ceiling part 20B is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
