<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for removal of a wire harness, which prevents its slip out from the wire harness even if the wire harness should break, by efficiently preventing the sideway slippage to the wire harness at breakup of a scrapped vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This wire harness removing component 11 comprises a string or a strap 12 in loop form and a band-shaped member 13 where two indents 15A and 15B are made laterally at least on the rear side, and the plate-shaped member 13 is applied to the wire harness 14 so that the indent 15A may be outside, and the string or strap 12 in the shape of a loop is wrapped once, and one part of the loop-shaped part of the the string or strap 12 is passed into the loop, and it is attached to the wire harness so that an eye 17 to serve as a catch to catch the hook of a hoist at breakup of a scrapped vehicle. The two indents 15A and 15B of the plate-shaped member 13 perform the role of accommodating the section where the string or strap 12 wraps round the wire harness 14 and keeping the interval between the sections a specified distance apart. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
