<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a cavity in a composite insulating panel in a manufacturing method of the panel using a vacuum insulating material which is prepared by vacuum-packaging a molded body of an open-cell hard polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum insulating material 10 is held in a flat case 7 having an opening part 9 formed on the upper side and an injection nozzle 12 is disposed near the opening part. While a foamable stock solution 13 is jetted from the injection nozzle, the nozzle is displaced along the opening part and the solution is injected into the case. After the injection, a cover is put on the opening part and pressed by a pressing means. In such a state, the foamable stock solution is foamed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
