PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a plurality of stations can be browsed for an image that corresponds to a request by using one camera while sharing a network. SOLUTION: This camera 1 is mounted on a high-speed driving table 22, the driving part 24 rotationally drives to thereby make the camera rotationally move vertically and horizontally, changing its photographing area while drawing a cyclic track. A control part 16 of the camera 1 synchronizes with the movement of the camera 1 to control photographing at a fixed interval. Thus, frame images obtained by dividing the whole photographing area into a plurality of photographing areas are photographed, and each of the frame images is distributed to a browsing station 5. In the browsing station 5, a frame selecting part 53 selects a particular frame image and outputs the selected frame image to a monitor 56. In the camera 1, frame images of high resolution are acquired, and the browsing station 5 appropriately magnifies and displays the frame images. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
