PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing a sheet, by which a band-like sheet for pressing a stretched sheet or an ventilation sheet is flatly maintained in the whole area, the stretched sheet and the ventilation sheet are prevented from being damaged and the sheets have excellent appearance and are readily attached and removed. SOLUTION: This method for fixing the sheet comprises preparing a sheet fixation apparatus F composed of a support frame 1 having an opening part with a narrow width, a pair of a first and a second sheet press frames 2 and 3 slidably inserted into the support frame 1 and a pressing member 4 fitted into a gap between the sheet press frames 2 and 3, introducing one side of a sheet S to the upper sides of the sheet press frames 2 and 3 and the other side of the sheet S to the back sides while fitting a part of the sheet S through the horizontal plate part 2b of the first sheet press frame 2 into a guide groove 3e of the second sheet press frame 3 and nipping a part of the sheet S introduced to the upper sides by side walls 2a and 3a of the sheet press frames 2 and 3 and the pressing member 4 and a part of the sheet S introduced to the back sides by the inner peripheral surface of the support frame 1 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the side walls 2a and 3a.
