The shelving vehicle for regulating stacking of paper rolls has a shelf aisle (44) between the shelves and travels between the housing channels. The vehicle can also move in a transverse direction and receives housing units with a telescopic insert. Insertion tracks (14) lie in the direction of insertion and vertical stands are positioned on the motor driven traveling unit. The positioning car is height adjustable.
