FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method and the device, that are pertinent to the technological processes of separation of solutions with the help of ultrafiltration with tangential feeding of the separated solution and may be used in the food-processing industry. The method provides, that at separation of a solution it is passed through the intermembranous positive allowance and using a vibrating device is introduce into the being separated stream pulsations of pressure and consumption of the maximum allowable amplitude and the resonant frequency. The device contains: the membranous apparatus with the filtering elements; a line of delivery the solution to be separated; a line of the concentrate and filtrate withdrawal with the shut-off means and a tool for the filtering element membranes cleansings. The line of a solution delivery includes the vibrating device introducing into the being separated stream pulsations of pressures and consumption generated by the generator of vibrations connected to the vibrating device. The tool for membranes cleansing is made in the form of the hydropneumatic accumulator linked to the line of the filtrate withdrawal by a pipeline with the check valve and the vibration breaker linked to the hydropneumatic accumulator through an inlet line and through an outlet line through the line of filtrate withdrawal between the membranous apparatus and the pipeline of the hydropneumatic accumulator into the delivery line of the initial solution. The given invention allows to increase specific output of the membranous apparatuses. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase specific capacity of the membranous apparatuses. 2 cl, 3 dwg
