FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should study the blood due to detecting activity of blood protein constituents, as factor of the above- mentioned activity one should detect xanthinoxidase activity in blood serum and at its increase being above 1,25±0,04 c.u. or its decrease being below 1,16±0,03 c.u. it is possible to conclude upon development of complications.
