FIELD: drug formulation. SUBSTANCE: spherical granules containing at least 50% active substance having water solubility at least 0.5 g/ml are prepared by water granulation of active substance-containing mixture, extrusion, imparting spherical shape to granulate, and drying spherical granules. Starting mixture further contains up to 50% of combination of microcrystalline cellulose with average particle size 15-25 mcm and substituted hydroxypropylcellulose with average particle size 15-25 mcm, weight ratio of the two ingredients varying between 4:6 and 6:4.
