FIELD: manufacture of developments of packaging containers of any configuration and complex shape from cardboard. SUBSTANCE: installation includes working table with regulated supports; stationary working plate for placing dies onto which cardboard blanks are loaded; carriage with two shafts mounted with possibility of rotation in different directions. Upper shaft is coated with polyurethane and it is arranged over working plate. Lower shaft is arranged in parallel relative to upper shaft and it is in the form of hollow drum whose diameter exceeds that of upper shaft. Carriage is movable; its motion drive has in addition drive ropes arranged under working plate and connecting pulleys of drive unit through guiding rollers and tension members with carriage. Drive rope is secured to brackets rigidly joined with working table by means of tightening bolts. Position of upper shaft of carriage relative to working plate carrying dies and blanks is controlled by means of special studs for providing gap which is less than height of die sets by 1.5 - 3 mm. Motion of carriage along working plate is limited by means of limit switches mounted on end portions of working plate. It provides increased factor of using surface area of working plate. EFFECT: enhanced factor of using production area, elimination of slipping of upper shaft of carriage on blank surface, prevention of contact of operator with moving parts of installation, lowered number of operators. 4 dwg |
