PURPOSE: A bed capable of accelerating blood circulation is provided to obtain metabolic activation and to ensure sufficient relax and sleeping, as well as to convenient exercising of arms or upper body during lying on the bed. CONSTITUTION: The bed comprises a frame part, a base panel part for lying thereon, a head supporting part, and an upper panel part(50) having a tension part(80) mounted on top side of the frame part to perform exercising of arms or legs in a lying condition. The frame part has front and rear plates(21,22) and lateral sides(23). On the base panel and the head supporting parts, a base plate(31), a head supporting plate(41), and a hooking plates(32,42) made of rubber material are installed to form the final bed in an assembly form. The base plate(31) and the head supporting plate(41) have the ceramic material(80) behind bottom side thereof.
