PURPOSE: A blowing device for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to improve the cooling performance by preventing incoming of external air in a cooling mode using internal air. CONSTITUTION: A blowing device for an air conditioner of a vehicle comprises an intake box(10) having interior and exterior air inlets(11,12); an interior and exterior air conversion door(20) installed inside the intake box, to selectively open and shut the interior and exterior air inlets; a scroll case(30) installed to the lower side of intake box; and a blowing fan installed inside the scroll case. The lower side of the intake box is opened. The scroll case has a blowing port(31). The blowing fan forcibly sucks in air while rotating by a driving unit. The blowing device comprises an air flow guide unit for guiding the flowing of the air by communicating an exterior air inlet port, isolated from the interior air inlet by the interior and exterior air conversion door, and the outside of the vehicle.
