PURPOSE: Provided is a beverage can opener to form an air hole on the opposite side of a content discharging hole, thereby discharging contents in beverage cans more smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The beverage can opener for forming an air hole on the opposite side of a content discharging hole on the cover of the beverage can forms a cutting line(13) for forming a content discharging hole, and a cutting line(14) for forming an air indraft hole on the opposite side of the content discharging hole. To cut the cutting lines(13,14), a cover grip(22) for forming the content discharging hole and a cover grip(23) for forming the air indraft hole are formed in one body on both sides centering around a rivet hole. Two grooves(25,26) are placed on the top surface of the beverage can opener(2).
