PURPOSE: Provided is color-variable toothpaste which is varied in the color and the concentration thereof while brushing teeth therewith, thereby easily confirming whether a user brushes teeth well or not. CONSTITUTION: Color-variable toothpaste is formed with a material varied in its color when affected by frictional force between a toothbrush and teeth. The toothpaste material has a plurality of particles(4) each with a colored skin(6), and a white core(8) to be exposed through the skin when affected by the frictional force between a toothbrush and teeth.
