PURPOSE:To realize an electrical adjustment for both resistance value and capacitance value, by using a pin diode and a variable capacitance diode for a variable resistance element and a variable capacitance element respectively. CONSTITUTION:A pin diode 57 and a varactor diode 58 are used for a variable resistance element and a variable capacitance element respectively. A forward bias current is flowed to the diode 57, and the bias current is controlled by a variable resistance 59 to shift the bias point. Thus an adjustment is possible for the resistance value of the diode 57. At the same time, the adverse bias voltage is applied to the diode 58. Then the bias voltage is controlled by a variable resistance 60 to perform an adjustment of the capacitance of the diode 58. In such way, an electrical adjustment is possible for both resistance value and capacitance value. Furthermore an automatic adjustment is possible by detecting the amplitude deviation characteristics and then controlling the bias in accordance with the degree of deviation. |
