PURPOSE: Provided is a dome-shaped powdery color cosmetic composition which is formed by not calcination but hydraulic forming simply and cost-effectively. It maximizes the dome height pursuant to the enhanced formation stability, and gives excellent smooth feeling when used and has long-term wearability. CONSTITUTION: A dome-shaped powdery color cosmetic composition is characterized by comprising 1.5-4.0wt.% of micro crystalline wax, 10-30% of bismuth oxychloride, and 3-5wt.% of magnesium stearate.
