PURPOSE: A kerf-improved tire and a blade for forming the kerf are provided to easily perform a partial rigidity control of a unit block and to repress performance reduction of the tire to the progress of wear by minimizing strain of the kerf even in the wear. CONSTITUTION: A kerf-improved tire is composed of a tread unit, a sidewall unit, a bead unit, a plurality of blocks(10) formed to the tread unit and divided by a groove, a plurality of kerfs(4) arranged at the block, and a plurality of grooves(411,422) formed at both sidewall surfaces(41,42) of the kerf to face each other. A blade for forming the kerf to the upside of the block includes a plurality of projections mounted to both sides of the kerf forming blade of the blade and a projection combining groove formed at the upside of an inserting unit of the blade and inserted and fixed with a lower end of the projection.
