PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface circuit which can cope with change of interface specifications without adding parts even if an address data signal is either a separation signal or a mixed signal. SOLUTION: A latch circuit 61 of an address signal is provided at a signal taking out line 51 connecting a data input/output line 42 and an address input line 41, an inverter 64 taking out and separating a read/write enable-signal is provided at a signal taking out line 53 connecting a read-enable-input line 43 and a write-enable-input line 44, while latch circuits 62, 63 holding each enable-signal are provided, selectors 31-33 selecting either of a signal held by each latch circuit and a signal externally and guiding it to the each input line inputted are provided, while a switching signal is outputted to each selector by connecting a pad 26 for switching and a power source input terminal 15 to a bonding wire 30.
