PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in the reliability of a storage device by solving a problem caused when a plurality of storage blades are used to perform double writing that, when the number of devices is encreased, it takes a long time to search storage blades having main data and subdata, and a delay is caused in data writing. SOLUTION: In response to a data access request requested by a data frame transmitted from a host via a data network 610 to a storage blade SB#0, when data corresponding to the data access request is not contained in the SB#0, the data frame is transmitted to a SB#2 likely having the data. If the data are not contained in the SB#2, when the number of transfers of the data frame between the SBs, counted in the data frame, is above the threshold of the number of transfers equally set in each SB, the SB#2 broadcasts the data frame to all SBs each likely having the data.
