PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immunologically measuring for clinically examining with high reliability by performing a reduction in a false positive and an improvement in idiosyncrasy by excluding nonspecific reaction by an antibody or a cross antibody for a substance of a constituents of an immunity reagent and to provide a measuring kit. SOLUTION: The immunologically measuring method having a step of reacting an immunity reagent carried with a specific component in a human originating specimen with an insoluble carrier of a specific antigen or antibody to the specific component, before the specimen according to the human is reacted with the immunity reagent, has a step of previously reacting the antibody to the constituents of the immunity reagent or the antigen to the cross antibody existing in the specimen according to the human with the block reagent carried to the insoluble antibody.
