PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel mounting structure for a dynamic damper to a power plant, and provide it with a measure to water. SOLUTION: This dynamic damper 1 is provided with a mounting member 11 having a screw inserting hole at a center, and a mass body 13 provided to shield the screw inserting hole in the mounting member 11, and installed on an upper surface of the mounting member 11 through an elastic member 14. The mounting member 11 is overlapped with an upper surface of a bracket 3 extended from the power plant. The mounting member 11 is screwed to an upper part of an engine mount device 2 with the bracket 3. In the mounting member 11 of the dynamic damper 1 or the elastic member 14, a lateral water drain passage 16 connecting a recessed part on the inner side of the mass body 13 to the outer side is formed.
